Benefits of Aloe Vera |
To enjoy health, to feel more energy, you need to turn your
body into a hybrid body. A body that is in balance and will
run more efficiently on less fuel. A body that needs
fewer calories every day.
 My
use of the word hybrid comes from the recent research and
efforts related to hybrid propulsion. This idea of having a
more fuel efficient engine that will run faster, quieter,
cleaner, while requiring less fuel.
In Jamaica where I grew up, we understood generations ago
that the human body can become slow, inefficient, and
clogged up by the way your eat, what you eat, and how you
move.
In America, 127 million
adults are overweight or obese. That is over 64% of adults
over 20.
Mon, I drink an aloe shake every morning, eat one healthy meal a day
and maybe some fruit like mango or banana during the day. I
exercise every morning and I drink lots of fluids all day. And I work 15 hours
a day and on weekends when
we close at 3AM, I
only sleep 5 hours a night. I am 55, not an inch of fat, and
my body looks and feels like I am in my 20s, and at an age when most
Americans are thinking about retirement and slowing down.
I want to help people to have this hybrid body of their
own. The Cephas Hybrid Club is my plan to help people who
come to the Hot Shop get this gift for themselves in life.

membership program is based on the number of times you drink
aloe each week, but membership cards have a 6 months
expiration date. Having cards that expire in 6 months
instead of 3 removes dealing with periods that you are not
able to stop and get aloe like being out of town, etc. New
membership cards can be purchased at anytime. Sorry,
no refund for cards.

Key Principles: |
- Drink a fresh aloe vera juice three to five times a week.
- Exercise for 20 minutes each morning. Eat one healthy meal each
day with one or two fresh fruits during the day.
- Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day including 8 ounces
of cranberry juice.

- Breads other than whole grain.
- Coffee, processed foods, preservatives.
- Negative attitudes
