How to make an Aloe Vera Juice Shakes Using Fresh and Pure

 Cephas takes his special elephant aloe leaves
(these are the best!) and cuts one of the long edges off.
Then he opens the leaf like a butterfly, and using a sturdy
silver spoon, scrapes all of the pure aloe vera gel out without
scraping the outer leaf.
This aloe vera gel goes right in the blender.
Next, turn on the blender for about 10 seconds. Then, add
10 oz of water. Blend until frothy.
Add a bit of ice and blend some more.
Now pour it in a glass or cup and SLAM IT!
